The rules are as old as time and everyone knows them — but here’s the twist: instead of pulling dull numbered barrels out of a bag and matching them to your sheet, you draw riddles.
And not just any riddles — hilariously chaotic radio-announcement riddles! The answers? You hunt for them on your player board.
According to the legend, there’s been an incident at the Elftown Radio Station, and all the announcements — along with their senders — got scrambled. Now it’s impossible to tell who’s looking for a therapist, who needs a neighbor, and who’s chasing true love. Who’s selling a fur coat, and who’s buying a garage?
The photos show several sample riddles — enough to guarantee hours of laugh-till-you-cry gameplay and loud “again! again!” after every round.

Great bingo game! We played with ten twelve-year-olds, and it managed to keep even the most energetic and noisy kids fully engaged the whole time. Every time someone completed a row, they all shouted in chorus, “Let’s keep going!”

But forget the dull numbered barrels — you get 69 witty holiday riddles, each crafted by seasoned puzzle-makers
We pulled in every holiday and winter association we could find — from Home Alone to The Snow Queen. In any group, someone will definitely know the answer to each riddle.
And these aren’t ordinary riddles — they’re announcements made by the characters themselves.
How would a bottle of champagne look for a husband? Or perhaps it’s even a police report about a mysterious night train quietly collecting children in pajamas across the district.
This is a digital product — you print and prepare the materials yourself.
Printing:

6 sheets (required): Bingo boards with pictures for players.

8 sheets (optional): Riddle cards (you can also read them from your phone).

4 sheets (optional): Game tokens to cover the pictures. But you can just as well use pebbles, beans, LEGO bricks, coins — whatever you have at hand!
How to play
If you’ve ever played lotto, you’re already halfway there — only this time, instead of numbers, you get Christmas and New Year–themed pictures.
Each player receives a large card with 15 images, arranged in rows of five. Every card is unique.
The host (also known as DJ Jingle Snow) shuffles the riddle cards, draws one, and reads the riddle aloud.
The players’ task is to guess which object or character the riddle is about, find it on their card, and cover it with a token.
Worried you don’t remember every hero from holiday movies — or that the children won’t know the magical items from beloved books?
Relax: the chaotic, loud, “highly professional” family debate is often the funniest part of the whole game.
